About Phil Jones

Phil Jones is an award-winning international speaker, author, and trainer, who has worked in over 20 countries across five continents. He is consistently recognised as an authority of sales psychology and negotiation. He worked in highly successful sales management roles with Debenhams, DFS Furniture Group and the English Premier League, before launching his own company in 2008; Philmjones Ltd.

In 2012 Phil released his first book Toolbox, shortly followed by his second, Magic Words. Both books achieved Amazon best seller status and garnered high acclaim. In this series with Grant, he discusses his sales methodology based on his two books; ‘Toolbox and Magic Words’.
